No frost here. It was 102 here today in Georgia in the USA!! Frost hardly comes here. We have it sometimes in December maybe. It was funny or should I say odd to see pictures of frost at this time of the year. I so love seeing pictures from all over the world through blogging. HOW NEAT!! Keep them coming. Go see my blog today..MONDAY about my Dad's 88th birthday...I cannot believe I still have parents and here I am 61...wow..Sandy

So refreshing to see something that isn't burning up right now! The frost is beuatiful. I like the photo of the building next door, and looking back at your home....it looks cozy and comfy.

You've made up for lost time with all those posts, Lee-ann! And your frost photos are what I was trying to capture up near Castlemaine but the cold temperature temporarily shut down our camera. Looking forward to seeing more daffodils along the Calder!

Brrr,
That looks chilly! We still have our warmest months coming for the part of CA we live in!

Lovely frosty photos. Isn't it great to have clear sunny days after the frost?

We had a perfect day here after a
-8ยบ morning.

ooh that does look cold! I guess winter isn't really over yet - in the mountains we are tricked at this time of year and usually have a cold snap in October. Not time yet, to put away the woolies.
Lee- ann - thankyou so much for visiting my blog once more, it heartens me when my friends take time to comment. much love, R xo

Hi, Lee-Ann, thanks for visiting me. In reading your recent posts, I see your first grandson shares his birthday with my first granddaughter (yours was six and mine was five). Isn't that grand? So, we share the same feeling for these grandchildren!!!

I loved all the pictures of the first daffodils you are having. Summer is winding down here and you are just getting spring down under. We are still enjoying a lot of very hot temperatures and we continue to swim in our pool to stay cool, but I can tell our flowers and trees (and our tomatoes) are saying "enough is enough already." In several months we will be the ones enjoying the frosty mornings.

It's funny. I just posted about my granddaughter's flip flop birthday party and I see you have a correspondent from the US whose blog is entitled "It's a flip-flop world."

Hope you have a wonderful day. Hope you come see me again soon.

As some of your other commenters say, it's so odd to see pictures of frost when it's summer here (in Scotland). But you have a lovely outlook on life - I've been feeling a bit sorry for myself and you've cheered me up. Thank you!

Brrrrr! Cooooold! Perfect weather for playing with the vintage china! Thanks for visiting my blog and I am delighted to visit yours! I can't wait to take a gander at all that china and read all your posts! This cold weather would have been VERY welcome in Sacramento, CA USA about two weeks ago when we were having record breaking 115 degree temperatures. Ugh!

Ok, I'm not crazy about frost because my body doesn't like cold. But those pictures are so pretty. Keep them coming! :)

What beautiful pictures and so refreshing to see frost after such a hot summer over here so far!! Soon you will be in your spring and we'll be in our fall, my favourite time of the year:-) Take care!!

Lovely frosty pictures Lee-ann! I love Fall here, but winter follows and I cringe at the thought of long months shut in the house against the cold outside (except when we go out to work, and other activities of course).
Your daffodils are lovely and will be spectacular, I'm sure. I love them so much!! They always make me think of Wordsworth's poem..."I wandered lonely, as a cloud...." Do you know that one?
Your little grandson is precious. What a face! :) They're a treasure for sure.

I can actually relate to those photos living here in Tassie.

Op shopping is so much fun and collecting wonderful things from the past.

Thanks for visiting and saying hi :)

What beautiful pictures Lee-ann! You live in a lovely part of Australia. Daffodils are amongst my favorite flowers.

I have marked your site as a favorite and will visit often!

Thanks for visiting my blog and for your lovely comment. It is a small world with your mother-in-law living in Frankston too.

Hello Lee-ann ~ Wow that was quite a frost at Kyneton. Where you live is more open than my place. The lawn gets frosty, but at least then we get a nice day. It is starting to look like Spring - the wattle trees are beginning to bloom along the Goulburn River. Thank you for your comments, glad you like the poems and jokes.
Take care,Merle.

What a fantastic frost. We haven't had many this winter,it's been quite mild except for the week we ran out of wood.

It was pretty frosty here in Eltham too, on that day Lee-Ann. When I came back from my morning walk at 8 am I warned Ken it was cold, but would you believe he still rode his motorbike to work?? When he got home in the afternoon, he said his fingers still hadn't thawed out - lol!

Great pictures, but brrrrr, too cold for me. That's why I live in Qld, but if I had my way and my family would move with me, I'd live in the Northern Territory! I love the hot weather, humidity and all. Some of my friends think I need committing and others agree with me.

Although the evenings and mornings are still cool, the days are getting a little warmer. It's very dry though and yesterday we had our first bushfire just up the way, complete with police, fire service and lots of smoke!

Take care
