Hello dear friends just letting you all know I may not get to visit you all over the next couple of weeks as I am working full time.
(I already miss you all)
The manager of the op-shop (thrift shop) I work at is away on holidays so the assistant manager (that's me lol lol) is working the managers job...................now while I love the work and adore the shop and while I am so pleased she is having a nice well deserved holiday, I am always happy to hand the shop back...........So dear friends until the "hand back" I am there six days a week and will see you all after that.
Thinking of you all and looking forward to reading many posts when I return.

Enjoy your time working, Lee Ann! I would want to buy so many things while working in a thrift shop. Do you have that problem? (smile). I know the policy here at the thrift stores for the employees, is things have to be out on the shelves for 48 hours before they can purchase anything. Blessings!

Oh my, Lee-Ann. Believe me I understand about life getting in the way of reading, commenting and posting. But I know you love that shop so you're not fooling me. LOL

We're going to be in Kyneton tonight for dinner, wish I knew which shop you're in, but we'd probably arrive there too late anyway. We're intending to walk along the river, should still be light at 6. I'll be thinking of you, Lee-ann!

Hope you are enjoying being a working girl - I used to do 2 or 3 weeks a year on a special project in my husband's department and really had fun - was always glad to go back to being 'just a housewife' though. Your spring pictures in the previous post are beautiful - we have a grey,damp autumn morning here but have been enjoying some beautiful golden days in the last couple of weeks.
I sure know how hard it is sometimes to feel you can keep up here, Lee-Ann. Now that school has started again I feel like I've lost my energy. So, I too have taken an official break. Be well and we will see you again soon.

Hope these comments come through on your email Lee-Ann - if I don't get a reply to this I'll phone you over the weekend...Did you know Andre is in Melbourne? He was on with KerriAnn Kennerly on Thursday morning tv, on Channel 10 Friday morning, and interviewed by Ernie (ugh) Sigley on Friday arvo. He is going to be at Eastlands on Saturday noon for one hour. We were going to go, but the thought of the crush has put us off. Tickets to his concerts next year will be on sale next month. Do you and Rob want me to book yours with ours?
