Koala hugs to all on this our "boxing day!"

A big Koala hug to you all
for Christmas
May all the blessings of This Christmas now past, be yours and may your New year be filled with joy.
Some photos from my kitchen

These are some of my cute Christmas decorations I put up in my kitchen. Kangaroos and Koalas are a big part of an Aussie's life.
I bake for days and now we eat!! for days! (smiles)

A little display on our drinks trolley!
&
Below are some moments from our Christmas here. We know there are several missing from these pictures but our darling grandchildren and their mums & dads we will visit you all soon.

I am reminded each year how blessed we are and how much the love of a grandchild means to us when they hug you and tell you they love you!
I am blessed every day of my life, in so many ways I simply did not know possible until a small child came into the world.
Today is "boxing day" here in Australia a wonderful day to rest and eat more!! food.
Love to all!!

I'm so pleased to read about your beaut Christmas Day, LeeAnn! After what you've been through with Rob's health not so long ago, it is great to see you all looking so happy and well in these photos.
You said you were going to have some time off over the next week or so, and would catch up with us. Is that still on? We need cheering up....

Hi Lee~Ann!
It's so wonderful to make your acquaintance... I enjoyed reading about your beautiful family and adored your sweet Koala (he is super cute) and Kangaroo decorations! My hubby and I dream of visiting Australia one day, we are fascinated with your country and people.. so it was such a sweet surprise that you visited my little world! Your family is beautiful and your grandaughters are just precious...Tears filled my eyes to read of your "best friend" and I was so happy to read that he is doing better! Sending virtual hugs and love in friendship~*~*~*~

Oh what happy times, Lee-Ann. The glowing faces of the children could light up a dozen Christmas trees with their wattage.

Christmas Day turned out to be such a happy time starting from Christmas Eve right down to Christmas Night. Lots of pictures and a little story to share on my next post.

Stay cool, Lee-Ann. Go find a lovely coastal breeze. Hugs, Annie

What a happy looking family!! Your pictures are very nice.
I'm glad you had a nice Christmas.
Today was Boxing Day here and I am snowed in. I was too tired from yesterday to do any shopping anyway. We are expecting more snow all week and I am in a hibernation mode!
Take care.

Greetings to you LeeAnn from Washington State! Thank you for your visit to my little world. I do hope you drop by again sometime. So fun to have a visitor from Australia!(I have always wanted to visit there ~ someday perhaps.) Hope you had a wonderful Christmas with your dear hubby and all your sweet grandchildren. We have not celebrated yet as children have had other obligations so we will be together New Years Eve. Christmas for us will be so fun with two sweet granddaughters. I am not sure what "boxing day" is exactly, but perhaps you could tell me. (I was thinking it has to do with boxing up gifts to give to the needy?)
As for the weather here, we finally had the White Christmas we have been hoping for for many years! My animals don't appreciate it, but Gentleman Farmer and myself are having a great time.
Thanks again for the visit and may you have a happy and healthy New Year!

Oh those little faces are so precious, Lee-Ann! I'm glad you had a wonderful family time. Thanks for the warm Christmas wishes...and the Aussie sunshine. Miraculously, we did have a warm-up for a couple of days, but the snow will be back soon, I'm sure. The cold wind was back today..and not at all welcome.
Our Christmas was wonderful with the children and 2 dear grandsons home.
Glad to see your hubby looking well, and all your beautiful family pics.
Wishing you joy, good health and many blessings for the New Year, dear friend.
