Pansy teacozie what a beautiful piece to be able to share today just because I can :o)
This beautiful pansy covered teacozie is such a lovely bright spring piece and to think I found it just sitting, waiting for me in a little op-shop. What a treasure and all that wonderful work, each flower & leave is added after the cozie was knitted and the flowers and leaves are knitted too. stunning!!!It looks at home with my little pots on the back verandah, but is now bringing some spring to my kitchen.

happy wednesday. We are just about to go to bed here on Tuesday night. I need to get my Wordless Wednesday up so that I can just post it in the morning. Hope all is well there. So glad you are having a beautiful Spring there. Seems so odd. Here we are going into FALL one of these days...

I once had a whole book of fantastic teapot cosies. I wonder what became of that book? Perhaps I gave it back to the rightful owner ... lol.

I've just caught up on your last two posts. All the flowers, tea cosy included - just lovely! I love daffy-down-dillies, they are so cheerful. Yes, all the wattles, acacias, etc are out - my sinuses would tell me if I couldn't see for myself lol.

Oh wow Lee-ann...I would swap one of my crinoline lady teacosies for your Pansies cosy! But if it was mine, I wouldn't part with it for all the proverbial in China! Look forward to seeing it next month. What a pity your flowers won't still be out by then...or will they? Better bring my camera just in case!

The tea cosy is beautiful, what a lot of work must have gone into it. I think it is wonderful that someone was prepared to put all the creative work into an every day household item. I love pansies too, they are such a cheerful flower.

I'm from Nebraska, but I my best friend and I started doing tea-parties when we were in high-school. My mom started collecting tea-pots and tea things, and one of the things we added to our collection was a tea-cozy. They're so great! (But this one is way cute!!) :) My mom loves Pansies. Fun blog! (I've always wanted to go to Austrailia.)

I have been looking into your wonderfull blog, and found this great one of the tea pot cover, this reminds me of my past living at home where my mum was allways knitting and sewing, she too has made tea cosy`s but more the plain type,
