CHEERS!!! :o)

A lovely summer drink
strawberry & banana smoothie
delish!!!!!!!

It is a hot night here and going to be very hot in the next couple of days so a nice smoothie will go down real nice.
lots of icecream blended with some skim milk and a few strawberries and banana adding a drizzle of honey and mix well top with a little mint and chocolate.
Now this is not good for the diet but Great!! for my soul
A heavenly summer evening this is my Thursday.

We love smoothies here and drink them for brk even in the winter months. I use vanilla yogurt instead of ice cream and they're great (not as good as ice cream though!!)

Glad that you are warm there because it is cold here in the South Eastern part of the USA!! We are having rain and nasty here on Thursday night!! Hubby has a bad cold and I have been having sinus troubles that produce headaches...OUCH!! Your smoothie looks wonderful!! Yummy!! Sandy

Is there anything more delicious than a smoothie...yum yum! It's very cold here and yet my friend June and I went to Dairy Queen for a Blizzard last night...an ice cream concoction! lol Hey it's never too cold for an ice cream, right??? hehe Hugs xox
