For forever and ever You are the one.

On the 21st of May 1983 I married my best friend my soul mate. The man I will wake each morning with and share my every day.
We had both been married very young before but until we found each other we did not know what love was we did not know how it truly felt to "be in love" but we did know this "us"was for forever.
So here are some photos to share with my friends and for me to again look at and remember a special day in May.

We were so happy and still are to this very day.
This is a photo of us all (yes our children were in our wedding party) our two daughters - now mothers of four of our grandchildren and one of our sons a daddy as well and a little niece who is also a mother now, that is her mum behind her my sister Karen. The best man was my husbands friend, but they look like brothers.

My gosh were have the years gone.

My mum loved this photo of me. I was never a bride the first time so it was important to me to be a bride for her and for me. The dress was made from vintage lace and I still have it today we also have the girls dresses too.

I wish it was ours but no just for the day we dreamed we were in another place in time! you see we both love vintage. My husband Rob loves vintage cars and boats and I love all vintage pieces in my home "a match made in heaven" :) Don't you think!!

I'll give you a daisy a day dear

I'll give you a daisy a day

I'll love you until the rivers run still

and the four winds they all blow away.

(My husband sings this to me and I always write it in his cards)

So this was our little spot in time and now we are proud parents of our four and grandparents to eight very darling souls all made in heaven just for us to love.

To my husband and my best friend "Happy Anniversary" for last Monday my dear. We may forget the day but we never stop living the adventure! of life together.

This is our Thursday.

Hey, thanks for stopping by! Glad you liked the pictures of the moose, they are a majestic creature aren't they? We don't see them that often but when we do it is such a treat. A couple times they have walked through the back yard. We see their tracks when we are out riding our horses sometimes. Love the pictures of your wedding, just beautiful! You sound like a very close knit family like we are. Come by again and visit and I will stop by and say hello soon!

Just popping in to say hello! I love your wedding gown, so pretty! And so is the BRIDE! Extremely pretty! What a feminine wedding feel! This made me nostalgic for being a bride! Maybe I can drag someone in off the streets and marry him? No! It has to be that special magic! I'm so GLAD you found it!!!
