Just A moment in time!

There are many reasons why blogging is missing from my life at this moment in time!

Some reasons are selfish! and others are beyond my control!

But for the most part it is simply life!

I have so much I want to tell you dear blogger friends and so much to share, there's the time our newest grand daughter laughed for the very first time for her nanni and the special moments had with the other eight little ones over the school holidays, that will soon be finished.

Very cute! 4 month old darling

Poppi showing how to blow bubbles look at Miss F now that is how it is done!

There is the wonder of going to work each day to the thrift shop not knowing what will be found in a box of donations will it be treasure or trash! & the wonderful people I get to meet and chat with - just what I love to do! (smiles)

Then still more great times with another of our grandchildren's family - why there were to many fish to catch in Mr C's back yard!

Mr C's a fisherman!

Then there was the recovery from an illness that simply rushed up to me and before I knew it it had a good hold!

O! Then there was the wonderful Masonic Installation my husband is now the master of a lovely old lodge that will celebrate its 150th year next year.

My husband and his team for this year that my dear heart center top!

These are but a few "moments in time" that keep me from my blog at the moment but I think about all of you every day YES!! "believe it or not! but I do"

I wonder how Sue is doing after the sad loss of her grandfather and the Art being created by Janet, along with joy that darling little New grandchild of Helen's will be bringing to her life, Why I also ask myself how is Annie doing with her writing and her crochet and How is Alice and her gardens after the rains. Just to mention just a few! but I think about such a lot of my dear friends around the world and wish you my good wishes always.

I have taken the time tonight to spend "Just a moment in time!" to touch my blog with my thoughts so you will all know I am still here. Because you see a cousin's funeral was yesterday A reminder of how short like and time can be, He died of a heart attack in his sleep - just a young man with a little child and wife and a huge family filled with kindness and love and I got to thinking How yes time rushes past us at such a speed and who knows when it is our turn to pass over, so we must take ever opportunity to send our love to our family and friends and to reach out to those we care about always.

So here I am today simply reaching out to you all with "Just a moment in time!"

So good to see you back, if even for a moment, to let us know you're fine and it's living that's keeping you occupied. Grandchildren are awesome and I'm enjoying every moment I spend with mine, too. I'm also glad to hear you're feeling better. Post when you can - I'll pop in once in a while to see if you're around, but don't forget to come over to my place, as well. :D

Dearest Lee-ann,

So wonderful to see you posting again but I know how life can get so busy that blogging time becomes minimal:-) At least we know you're never far away and vice versa!!

Your 4 month granddaughter is so adorable, I just love them at that age:-) I don't know if you read one of my latest posts announcing that I will become a grandma come October!!! I can't tell you enough how excited I am, I've been wanting to be a grandma for ages! hehe

Congratulations to your hubby for becoming master of such a wonderful masonic lodge!! Quite a few years back, a friend of mine had found out her great grandfather had been part of the Masons and I had helped her look into what they were all about...very interesting:-)

I'm so sorry to hear of your family loss...you're right, life goes by so fast and we should enjoy every minute of it while we can!!

Hope you're feeling much better now! Take care of YOU my dear friend!! xoxo

Ooooh, Lee-Ann - so happy to see you back and kickin'. Life is much better now knowing that you are out there sharing the heart of your life.

Writing is taking a bit of a backseat at the moment. Working on photography and my friend Biene just gave me a crochet book that is all about HATS. I opened my Etsy store and it is slowly filling up.

Hugs,
Annie

It is good to hear from you and especially to see the photos of your sweet grandchildren. Congratulations to your husband for becoming Master of his lodge. I remember so well how proud my father was when he wore his 33rd degree ring.

I am sorry too for the loss in your family. And so sad that it was someone with a young family.

And I'm sorry about your cousin. What a reminder that we just never know how many days we have left.

Dear Lee-ann - you are the epitome of the generous soul who will reach out to others even when you are in the midst of sadness and reflection.

I'm sure you are such a blessing to all who meet you in the shop, and they receive as much from you as you do from them.

Blessings always on you and your wonderful family.

Hi Lee-ann, good to see you back here with lots of photos of your busy life! Good photo of the Lodge - I'll show that to Ken when he wakes up. He asked me if I'd heard from you about the big night. Hope it went well.
Sorry to hear about the loss of your cousin. Fatal heart attacks are a shock to any family, but when the deceased is so young, it is more so.
I'm glad to see Connie is trying to persuade you to come to my birthday bash - the more the merrier!

I'm finally crawling out from under an injury and a tummy bug and trying to catch up on the blogs. I have missed you, too. Thank you for mentioning me and my art. I'm afraid I haven't done much lately.

Visiting here is always such a pleasure....like sitting down with an old friend.

Dear Lee-Ann,
I am so very happy to hear that you had a nice lunch with our friend Meow. I have emailed her to pass along my blog address.

It is wonderful to be back visiting you once again. What a darling baby. That face can't help but bring smiles.

Time does seem to get away easily when you have many things going on in your life. Blogging friends are most wonderful at understanding that fact for sure.
Just glad to hear from you now and then. We care!

Hugs,
Pearl

Dearest Lee-ann, what a lovely post. I could feel the beauty of your soul and it brought tears to my eyes. Not sadness...no,no...just tears of joy that I know such a lovely person as you are. But, you're right, we should not put off telling someone that we love them, visiting a friend we haven't seen for a while, or making a phone call to a family member overseas. Who knows what the future has in store.

Congratulations to your husband on his attainment too. You do have such full and happy lives.

Hugs

A beautiful post Lee-Ann, to which I think we can all relate. Time goes so fast! And yes, I think of my blog friends the same way you do, wondering how they are and what they're up to. I've thought of you in the same way, and felt sad about not visiting more often to say hello. Never mind...here I am, and I know you're in the same boat..never enough hours in the day to do all we'd like to.
You're in my thoughts dear Lee-Ann, and I hope you're well after the illness and feeling strong again.
That first smile from your sweet grandchild must've been a heart-stopper :)
