It is always so nice and yummy too! to invite friends to our home for coffee or tea and a little nibble or two at Christmas.
These are my latest treasures for my Christmas season decorating these cakes stands are not old but I loved the colours and the way they add a festive touch to my kitchen and my afternoon teas.
So at a bargin price, the large one $5.50 and the smaller one at $4.00 how you may ask could I leave them there, well that is exactly what I was thinking when I spyed them at the shop.
So now two little snow babies from America and these dishes add the right christmas decoration to my christmas cake and white christmas...........both recipes will follow soon. I am sure I will be making more before the end of the season! :o)
Have a truly lovely day all my dear blogger friends I am going on an adventure with two of my grandchildren for the day.
This is my Monday

These pedestals are to die for! I also love those Christmas dishes...serving for 38 is incredible. I hope you find another of those covered tureens. I am a dish collector and have about 25+ different sets in various stages of completion.

Hi again and look at me turning up in 2012 as I view a 2006 post. These cake stands were previewed at the bottom of your most recent post and they caught my eye. So pretty. Just think, in a few short months you will be able to use them again.
