Jugs.......gosh! can a girl like me have enough jugs I don't think so they are used for anything and everything and they are tucked in every cupboard in my home.
Another little collection of mine is Bakelite napkin rings with silver letters they are so! SO! beautiful and we use them when we have visitors for a meal.My little pig egg cups are not old like the other pieces but my husband gave them to me about 15 years ago and I adore them. they are special.
Yellow at one end of a shelf looks nice with the cut glass pieces alongside the woods ware coffeepot, it is such a nice piece and we use it always too.......infact not a piece in my home no matter how vintage it is must be used so that it can be admired and loved each time it comes out.
Some of my great grandmothers plates in a lovely blue and white pattern called pheasants. the wooden napkin rings come from two dear friends in America they were his mothers and We always enjoy using them and share many stories about the friends when they are on our table.More bees pots but I think some of you have seen this photo before sorry if it is boring seeing the same photos again. :o)
My sideboard it isn't in my kitchen at the moment but in my dinning room but as soon as the reno is finished it will take pride of place in our home that is for sure.
It is make from recycled timbers and redgum sleepers dressed and smoothed and the colours are lovely we have had it for about 22 years now.
I would love to see "A shelf" on your sideboard so how about sharing a picture or two.
This is my lovely quiet and restful Tuesday

Dear Lee-Ann..how I'd love to come over and admire all your beautiful vintage dishes!! You certainly do have some treasures there and I love the way you have it all displayed! The sideboard itself is gorgeous!!! xox
Hi Lee-Ann, I am your vintage cooking swap partner. I have your box already to go. I hae enjoyed your blog and it gave me some ideas to send you. Hope you like what I chose! Shara
You have so many wonderful vintage things! The beehives are so unusual and now you know I'll be looking for beehives and thinking of you each time I visit an antique store here!
xoxox
what a great idea...when I'm through with Spring Fever part three I may do this...I've loved seeing everything of yours...I don't have such an extensive collection but I love the pieces I do have!!
:-D
I don't have a sideboard **sigh** but I look at them a lot. I am definitely a vintage collector. I have several things scattered all over. Definitely haphazzard in my display. Another very good reason for a big sideboard and a china cabinet.
You have such lovely things Lee-Ann. I do have a side board, but I call it my hutch. I have my teacup collection on the shelves, and my little salt cellars that I've collected. It's such fun to collect things like they. I'm always on the lookout for unusual ones.
Thank so much for visiting and for sharing your beautiful collection.
Lee-Ann, I am always so envious of your greenware. I see it often at the antique fairs around Castlemaine.
Instead of a sideboard I have one of those old marble-topped washstands, with tiles at the back, all intact! I only keep two things on it though, otherwise I'd have more to dust!
Lee-Ann thanks for sharing all your lovely things. I agree with you "the older the better". I treasure all my old things mostly because of the history of who's they were, or who gave it to me, or when I got it. Each and everyone has it's own history and story to tell.
Hi Lee-ann, I loved these last 2 posts. What lovely old things you have! I loved seeing the pics, thankyou!
Hi Lee-Ann,
Enjoyed looking at all your lovely dishes. What prety colours they all are and they look nice together in that cabinet.

Hi Lee-ann ~~ Thank you for sharing all those lovely items with us. I love your dresser. You have some lovely things. Thank you for leaving a comment about the 57 cents story. I am glad you enjoyed it. I have had trouble with my line dropping out and yesterday I could not open Dashboard.
Better today. Take care, Love, Merle.
Hi Lee Ann..
I love all your vintage things and your cabinet shows them all of just lovely.
You have a wonderful sidebord with wonderful vintage things. I love these honey pots with bees on it.But all the other things are also beautiful.:-)
Just popped in to say hi. have a beautiful Sunday Lee-Ann.
What beautiful things you have. I don't have a sideboard, and I don't have many vintage things ... lots of pussy cat things though (how predictable !!).
Have a great week.
Take care, Meow
You have such a beautiful collection of glassware. I love all of it, but especially the pretty blue teapot.
