A drip in a bucket.

O! what a wonder of the world.
Here it is just 8.42am on Tuesday morning in Australia
and this small drip of rain fallen into my bucket.
Then just two minutes later it is being seen around the world on my blog.
Yes as I said the wonder of the world.
This rain were did it come from? and once it has been greatfully splashed over my plants were will it go?
I know the world goes around and around but so do many things within the world, like the rain that now falls here could have very well touched your umbrella as you rushed to work all those months ago or splashed your feet on the footpath.
I like to think this very drip landed in your bucket where ever you are and it was used to quench the thirst of your garden before it arrived here for me.
so thank you for this "drip of rain"
NATURE IS A WONDERFUL THING!

If you are wondering yes it took me over thirty photos to capture this one drip!!

And this one too!! It could have fallen in the ocean or in the dry lakes of Australia but it didn't it fell right here for me to use as I wish!!

And this one! much smaller!! but just as important as them all!

Just a little fun today on my blog something I should do more often and something that is so important to us all, water (one drip at a time)

sharing! a wet Tuesday in Australia! with You! my friends!

Hello and what wonderful photos. Sometimes it is very relaxing to watch the rain. We had a very rainy Spring and the plants and trees are all so healthy and green. Like you said, sometimes I look at a rain drop or at the sky above and wonder that you and I are seeing the same things so far apart!

Thanks for visiting my blog. I have had as many as 5 hives but currently just have one. I enjoyed reading your blog. Our daughter spent six months on a sheep station with a family in Balmoral and have had her host family in our home but have never been to Australia our selves.

I'm glad you've got the rain, Lee-ann. We've had enough here for a while. In fact, some of our rain has fallen, swollen our rivers and streams and then made its way to Lake Eyre where it's now providing breeding grounds for thousands of pelicans.

Hello there
I was very pleased to see your name pop up in my comments today. I was then overjoyed by your words.. thank you so much for your kindness. I had just started my blogging whilst I have my first cup of tea of the day... what I read will take some beating as even this early in the day... mine had already been made by you.

I will now stop here a while and browse.. :O)

I not sure if it damp in other part of the world or not.
But it slightly damp here. Not heavy rain coming down but just to lightly so it may keep things green a little longer.

As for the healer that's Daisy. She quite the girl.

Thanks for stopping in and the coffee is always on.

Hi, Lee Ann. Thanks for stopping by my blog today. I love the feel of your blog.
It is very difficult capturing rain drops, but you did a great job.

AH HAH! So you're the one to blame for the rain we've been getting today...it all started with those drops that fell into your bucket! hehe It's such a wonder, isn't it when you start thinking of where that water will go next:-)

I'm finally spending the day catching up with my dear blogging friends, I've been such a terrible blogger lately but sometimes life tends to get in the way! lol xoxo

I had never thought of it that way before. You are a clever girl!
The pictures are amazing - just that one little drip.
Once you've gotten your fill, we could use a bunch of those drips here in Texas. I'll be waiting:-)

Lee Ann,

What a wonderful post. I love the drop of rain in your bucket. We've had quite a bit of rain here this spring and I too wonder where it has been before visiting you.

Enjoyed your comments on my photos of Dakota and glad to be visiting with you again.

Blessings,
Mary

Didn't you have anything better to do than photograph raindrops?? Come to think of it, they have been pretty rare here in the last 10 years, haven't they!
Did you get any snow there today? Now, that makes a real pretty photograph. We didn't get any in Eltham, but it snowed in Kinglake of all places. Those poor people living in caravans and makeshift accomodation while waiting for their homes to be rebuilt...they must be freezing..

Lovely pictures and a nice sentiment. It is the raindrop seen round the world. I have had sheep for neighbors when I lived in Montana and they were the best neighbors I ever had.
